Street address Strongly recommended. For a chain, the website alone matches every branch — the address is what pins this one. Phone Optional, and a second way to pin the right branch.

Google Business Profile link Open the exact location on Google Maps and copy the URL from the browser address bar (maps.google.com/...). A share.google link cannot be opened by a server, so it will be rejected rather than guessed at. The "from the business" description on your Google listing Google does not publish this field through its API, so it cannot be read automatically. Paste it and it gets measured against the benchmark. Leave it blank and the report says it could not be checked, which is not the same as saying there is none.

Bing Places and Apple Business Connect

Optional, and the only two worth pasting. Yelp, TripAdvisor and OpenTable/Resy are found automatically and name-matched before they count. These two cannot be looked up — Bing Places listings do not appear in Google's index and Apple has no public lookup — so blank means unconfirmed, not missing, and it goes on the manual to-do list.
